As Lewer’s Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering customer service calls and emails for enrollments and eligibility in support of Lewer’s International Student Insurance Programs. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.

The incumbent will coordinate the enrollment of eligible plan members with employers and school clients, verify enrollment status, enter data into administration system, research and resolve enrollment issues, review billing and resolve issues.

Qualifications require incumbent to be HS graduate or GED;  have 2 years insurance industry experience with a customer service emphasis, be intermediate user with Microsoft Office, have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.  Bilingual in English/Mandarin an asset but not a requirement.
