Lewer Benefits Group is looking for a dynamic professional with a passion for relationship building and growing the business as a Strategic Benefits Advisor.  Market and sell to Affinity group prospective clients, use social media marketing and networking to reach business owners to determine benefit programs that best suit their employees, develop client accounts, partner in the development of new project proposals, and oversee the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, proposals, and exhibits. Self-starter who is strategically focused on meeting new business production goals and objectives including efficient lead qualification and maintaining a proficient close ratio. Must have 1-3 years sales experience.  Group benefits experience and Health and Life insurance license preferred. Requires proficient use of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.  Strong interpersonal and client service skills are required.
